01Who we are
This Privacy Notice explains how Kleyr ("Kleyr", "we", "us", "our") collects and uses personal data through our website kleyr.ai (the "Site").
For the purposes of applicable data-protection law, Kleyr is the controller of the personal data described here. Contact for privacy matters: hello@kleyr.ai.
02Scope
This Notice covers personal data collected through the Site only. The Site is a showcase and contact website; we do not offer a consumer product or account through it. The Kleyr verification service and its API are governed by separate agreements and, where applicable, a separate privacy or data-processing document.
03What data we collect
We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run a showcase site and respond to interest.
a. Data you give us — contact and demo/meeting requests
When you fill in a contact form or book a demo or meeting, we collect the information you provide, which may include: your name, work email address, company, job title, and any message or details you choose to share, plus the requested meeting time where a scheduling tool is used.
b. Data collected automatically — technical and usage data
When you visit the Site, we and our providers may collect: IP address, device and browser type, operating system, referring page, pages viewed, and interaction data. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies — see section 6.
c. Communications
If you email us or reply to us, we keep the content of that correspondence and related metadata.
We do not knowingly collect special-category data (such as health, biometric, or political data), and we ask that you do not include such data in free-text fields.

Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time without affecting processing already carried out. Where we rely on legitimate interest, you can object (see section 9).
05Who we share your data with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with:
- service providers (processors) acting on our instructions, such as our website host Cloudflare;
- authorities or advisers, where required by law or to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims;
- a successor entity, in the context of a reorganisation, financing, or transfer of the business, subject to this Notice.
We put appropriate contractual and security safeguards in place with our providers.
06Cookies and similar technologies
The Site uses cookies and similar technologies. Strictly necessary cookies are always active; all other categories (performance, functionality, targeting) are set only after you consent through the cookie banner. You can change or withdraw your choices at any time via the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer.
07International data transfers
We and our providers may process your data in countries other than your own. Where data is transferred across borders, we rely on appropriate safeguards recognised under applicable law (for example, standard contractual clauses or an adequacy recognition), a copy of which can be requested at hello@kleyr.ai.
08How long we keep your data
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, then delete or anonymise it:
- contact and demo-request data, for the duration of our exchange and up to 24 months after the last contact, unless a relationship starts;
- analytics/usage data, for the period set in the relevant tool (26 months);
- correspondence, as needed to handle your request and meet legal or evidential requirements.
09Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights over your personal data:
- access — obtain a copy of the data we hold about you;
- rectification — correct inaccurate or incomplete data;
- erasure — ask us to delete your data;
- restriction — ask us to limit processing;
- objection — object to processing based on legitimate interest, and to direct marketing at any time;
- portability — receive certain data in a portable format;
- withdraw consent — where we rely on consent, at any time;
- non-discrimination — not be treated unfairly for exercising your rights;
- complain — lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
To exercise any right, contact hello@kleyr.ai. We respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. We may need to verify your identity first.
10Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse, and unauthorised access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11Third-party links
The Site links to third-party sites and tools (for example documentation, scheduling, code repositories, social platforms). Their privacy practices are their own; please review their policies.
12Changes to this Notice
We may update this Notice from time to time. The current version, with its "Last updated" date, is always published on the Site. Material changes will be signalled on the Site.
